Accountants Law Lab: Trust Accounting Woes

This week at the lab we are discussing issues surrounding when the trust accounting goes bad. Maybe it is an error in accounting, a negative IOLTA account, bad recordkeeping, or just a plain old mistake. We will provide several examples of scenarios of what can go wrong and the best practices supporting the attorney and their staff if these mistakes happen.
